Joel I. Getzler
CO-CHAIRMAN
Joel I. Getzler, co-chairman, has over 30 years of experience in corporate management, finance, and deal negotiations. He has guided numerous company turnarounds and workouts, and has served as interim chief restructuring officer for several companies.
William H. Henrich
CO-CHAIRMAN
William H. Henrich, co-chairman, provides clients with more than 40 years experience in turnaround and crisis management, loan workout and bankruptcy consulting. He has led more than 400 engagements, helping debtors restructure their businesses, improving operations, boosting cash flow and profitability and maximizing recovery for stakeholders.
