Glenn Sniezek, senior director, has over 25 years of public accounting, corporate finance and restructuring experience and has provided interim management and advisory services to both public and private companies. He has advised debtors, senior lenders, trustees and unsecured creditors in the energy, oilfield services, retail, manufacturing and transportation industries.
He focuses on financial and operational restructuring, and has significant experience in Chapter 11 preparation and administration, liquidity management, business plan development and review, financial budgeting and forecasting, reorganization plan development and M&A.
Previously, Glenn was a principal at Opportune, LLP in their restructuring practice, the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Geokinetics Inc. (oilfield services company), Manager at Zolfo Cooper, since acquired by Alix Partners (business restructuring and turnaround company) and began his career in the audit practice at KPMG.

- Project lead as Debtor side advisor in the bankruptcy of Strike, LLC, an oilfield services company providing pipeline construction and support services, to successfully sell substantially all of its assets through a challenging and complex Chapter 11 363 sale bankruptcy process and subsequent wind-down of its remaining operations.
- Advisor to ad hoc first Lien lender group at Sanchez Energy Corporation, an oil and gas E&P company, in the company’s chapter 11 bankruptcy to review liquidity and business plan, perform contract analysis and analyze and provide recommendations for cost saving measures for the company’s General & Administrative costs for the post-emergence entity.
- Advisor to Renaissance Offshore, a US Gulf Coast oil and gas E&P company, in the company’s successful out-of-court restructuring of its secured bank debt for an overriding royalty interest with a focus on cash management and preparation of a complex overriding royalty interest calculation and recovery model.
- Project lead as Debtor side advisor to Knight Oil Tools, an oilfield services company providing rental tools to the oil and gas industry, in its chapter 11 restructuring overseeing all aspects of the case including bankruptcy preparation, liquidity management, financial forecasting and reporting and plan development.
Glenn has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, is a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
