Hawthorne Race Course, Inc. and its entities filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 bankruptcy on February 27, 2026 (Case No. 26-03505). Hawthorne continues to operate its business as debtors-in-possession under the supervision of the Bankruptcy Court.
