Mike Hale
Mike Hale has 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Hale has been President of Halex Oil Corporation, a Houston-based E&P company focused the generation, development, and operation of conventional, normal-pressured oil and gas prospects along the Texas upper gulf coast. Mike possesses extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of all phases of oil and gas exploration and development, including prospective generation and sales, contracts, leases, field operations, regulatory compliance, vendor/land owner/join interest relations, and revenue accounting. A graduate of the University of Texas (1981 – BBA/PLM), he began his career with Pennzoil Exploration and Production (1981-1985, Shreveport District and Offshore Frontier Division). He subsequently was employed by Trafalgar House Oil & Gas where he was responsible for all land related functions attendant to the company’s Sprayberry operations in West Texas. Mike later joined HOC Operating Co. as VP-Land (1988-1994).
