Mark Podgainy, Managing Director and Leader of the Education and Real Estate & Hospitality Practices, has been featured in ABL Advisor’s most recent article, “The Current State of the Middle Market Distressed and Healthy Transaction Markets.”
In the article, Mark is quoted saying, “On the restructuring side, I think everybody’s underestimated the strength of the economy. The interest rates went up so quickly. Because they went up so fast it’s a much longer period for the interest rates to impact the market. I think it’s going to be sort of a slow climb to increase restructuring activity.”
