Mr. Sax has over 30 years of experience providing clients with corporate turnarounds, operational and financial restructuring, M&A, and bankruptcy services. He has served as CFO, COO, and CRO for numerous companies. Addressing liquidity issues, developing cost reduction plans, implementing process improvements, and improving profitability, he has worked across multiple industries including fashion and apparel, retail, media, infrastructure, food, corporate real estate, and consumer products.
