Brian Mittman has been affiliated with Getzler Henrich for more than 15 years and has been involved in more than 40 turnaround and restructuring engagements, often serving in interim management capacities as CRO and COO for client companies. His work often has a focus on operational restructuring, and his experience includes working with middle-market companies ranging in size from $20 million to $500 million in a variety of industries, including technology, services, manufacturing, and distribution. From 2005 to 2012 he served as President and CEO of a reverse logistics company based in the U.S. and Canada. Although the industry itself was in significant decline, he grew the private equity-owned company from $55M to $95M in annual revenue, drove earnings from a $10M annual loss to a $5M+ annual profit, and led the company’s successful sale to a Fortune 500 firm.

Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Brian was a consultant in the strategic operations practice of A.T. Kearney, advised a distressed sugar producer in Mexico and operated an import/export business in Hong Kong. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Business School.
