SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Steven Newell, senior associate with the Chicago office, specializes in investment evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling, and data-driven analysis.
Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Steven worked at ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity, where he focused on new deal evaluation and portfolio company support. Steven also worked at Simmons & Company International (acquired by Piper Sandler), where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, debt financings, and equity issuances for public and private companies within the energy industry.
Steven holds a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
