Julien Renaud
Office: ChicagoJulien Renaud, senior director, is a seasoned turnaround professional with a proven track record in operations management, strategic planning, quality systems improvement, total quality management and customer relations. An expert in Six Sigma and lean manufacturing strategies and methodologies, Julien has repeatedly increased plant profitability and maximized bottom line profits in both domestic and international markets for companies in the textile, automotive, and electronic industries. He has led, managed and directed several successful product launches and plant start-ups, on time and within specified budgets, including the development of a variety of new manufacturing technologies to improve operating performance. Prior to joining Getzler Henrich, Julien worked for various consulting firms and manufacturers renowned for their leadership in lean manufacturing, most notably General Electric, TRW, Black and Decker and Valeo. Julien has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from George Brown College in Ontario, Canada.
