Andrew Miller
Andrew Miller, director, provides management consulting to troubled and bankrupt companies with a focus on operational restructuring in an interim and crisis management capacity. He has extensive experience in financial modeling and detailed quantitative analysis geared towards operational and transactional settings. Since starting with Getzler Henrich in 2006, Andrew has acted as chief restructuring officer, interim chief financial officer, and advisor to many of the firm’s clients. Additionally, he has developed a strong background in both the wholesale, distribution and transportation industries. His experience has included both advisory and management roles with both public and private firms inside and outside of bankruptcy. Previously, Mr. Miller was a technical advisor to an USAID project with the Peace Corps in Kenya and a consultant in both operational and restructuring roles. He is a graduate of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
